Video games have been a part of our lives for quite a lot of time now. Starting from William Higinbotham’s tennis for two, to titles like The Last of Us, Just Cause, DotA, and Counter-Strike. Initially released in the year 1999, the game has now evolved, and is constantly evolving to be the best version of itself out there. The game is based on, First-Person shooter elements, as well as team-work based strategy.

The players are pitted against each other, as part of one of two teams. They play as either terrorists or counter-terrorists. The goal is to win the game by eliminating all enemies or performing team-related tasks; such as bomb plating (for terrorists) and bomb-defusing (counter-terrorists)

The game also features 9 different game modes which have their unique component

CSGO Accounts

Everyone who starts the game anew receives a basic account which can either be upgraded to Prime for $14.99  or continue with a basic account. Prime status can also be achieved when a user attains Level 21.

The max level attainable for any account is Level 40. Apart from this, there exist 18 ranks which can be attained as you progress with skill.

If a user is finding it hard to progress through the game, there is a unique set of accounts they can purchase called Smurf accounts. These accounts will help boost your progress, as they’re already boosted to a certain level or rank. Players can use a low level or high-level ranks to practice in whatever way they find comfortable.

CSGO Prime Accounts:

CSGO Prime accounts are simply accounts that have either purchased the prime status on Steam or have achieved it by attaining level 21. Prime accounts are very beneficial as they help you in experiencing better matchmaking, better teammates, better drops, souvenirs, and much more.

If a player isn’t able to do very well in the competitive scene and is constantly losing their ranking, they can try Smurf accounts. These accounts are usually alternative accounts created/purchased and used for training their skills. Keep in mind that using a smurf account for the wrong reasons could get you in trouble!

CSGO is truly one of the most entertaining and skill-driven games out there, Competitive Matchmaking plays a major part in the huge success of this game as players are always on a motive to improve their skill and achieve their desired rank in the game. Although it’s been 8 years since the game has been released, it’s still on the top!
